Knowledge... In today’s technology-based world, almost any bit information you are looking for is out there for the taking if you know where to find it. In addition to locating any and all information you might need to guide you through your home-buying or selling process, I will provide the knowledge necessary to filter, understand, and put to best use that information. In addition to the extensive training and education that all real estate agents receive, I can provide something which most other agents cannot: a unique skill-set which draws upon the education and experience as an architect and urban planner I gained in the ten years prior to becoming a licensed agent, as well as the innate knowledge that comes from living my entire life in various parts of Atlanta. 

Experience... I have taken the time to go through extensive training above what is required of me as a Realtor in the effort to continually better myself for my clients, keeping up-to-date with all the latest market trends, technology, and lending practices.  My business partner and I have been the #1 Sales Team for the last 2 years, doing millions of dollars of business and working successfully all over metro Atlanta with buyers, sellers, investors, and banks/REOs.  In addition, my background in the architecture and urban planning field gives me an edge that other agents cannot offer.  Buying? My architecture experience will help you visualize what a space could be and see the potential in a home you might otherwise pass by.  My years working in multitudes of neighborhoods and communities in and around Atlanta as an urban planner have given me an unparalleled knowledge of the Atlanta market and development trends.  I worked hand-in-hand with neighborhood groups, local governments, developers, and school systems to help shape the future of their communities, and in my opinion, that knowledge is invaluable to anyone considering buying there.  Selling?  My architecture and design knowledge can help you stage your house to present its best face to potential buyers and maximize amenities that might otherwise remain hidden.  My planning experience will allow me to compile, analyze, and present information to potential buyers regarding the surrounding community and all it has to offer beyond the typical crime and school statistics most agents provide.   I have knowledge and know-how which I will draw upon to make your buying or selling experience the best it can be, and to exceed your goals in every way feasible.

Dedication... There is a saying, “I hope to be half the person my dog thinks I am.”  Well, I have two German Shepherds, and for those of you who know shepherds, you know they are some of the most dedicated, loyal, and hard working dogs out there, and they seem to think I am the best thing since beef jerky.  They also set a great example.  I am absolutely dedicated to helping you realize your real estate dreams, whether you are buying or selling.  People don’t sell houses, houses sell themselves.  I am there to facilitate that process, I will not rest until I find the house that sings to you, and I will do everything in my power exceed your expectations and make the process of buying or selling as easy, efficient, and enjoyable as possible.

Integrity... There is nothing more important to me than earning and keeping your trust.   It is easy for me to say that I only work under the strictest code of ethics - which is true - but I would rather prove it to you.  I hate the hard sell and I’m not interested in pressuring anyone to do anything.  My business is based entirely on referrals and my goal is to provide  the absolute best service possible and create a lasting relationship with you.  The Realtor who sold me my first house became one of my good friends, and I would like my clients to do the same.  I am here to guide you through the confusing and sometimes intimidating process of making what is likely the single largest investment of your life…and I promise to make that experience as straightforward and pleasant as I can!
