About Alix Nadi

    Alix grew up in Atlanta and graduated with honors from Georgia Tech with degrees in architecture & city planning, fields in which she worked for several years after college. In 2007, Alix made the decision to switch careers and joined the prestigious RE/MAX Around Atlanta office. She finds that her architecture & planning background has been incredibly helpful in the real estate business. Working as an architect and urban planner in the Atlanta area for the ten years prior to coming to RE/MAX gave Alix invaluable knowledge and a deep understanding of the Atlanta market, and she enjoys putting her experience in that field to work for her clients now.

    Upon joining RE/MAX, Alix’s hard work immediately paid off, earning her top honors every year; she has been the Agent Of The Month numerous times, was featured in Jezebel Magazine’s 2010 Best Of Atlanta issue as a “Top Real Estate Professional” with only 8 other agents in the city, and has been awarded Kudzu’s “Best of Atlanta” designation for the past 3 years. In addition, Alix was the #7 agent in her office in 2015 and earned a spot in RE/MAX’s 100% Club as well as the Atlanta Board of Realtor’s Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

    Alix has made it her goal to build her business entirely on referrals. Rather than following the traditional real estate model of cold calling, chasing expired listings, and trying to convert For Sale By Owners, she has based her business on relationships, saying “I count on the assumption that if I provide the very best service possible to my clients, they will happily refer me to their friends & family…and I create lasting relationships along the way!”

    Alix’s diverse knowledge base allows her to provide unparalleled service to her clients, working tirelessly with an energy and enthusiasm for the job she does. Her goal is to help guide her clients through what can often be an intimidating and confusing process with the least amount of stress possible. She strives to eliminate confusion in the home buying and selling process, and devotes herself to serving the needs of her clients before, during, and after each transaction.

    Alix lives in downtown Roswell with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and two crazy German shepherds. She enjoys reading, travel, horseback riding, and good wine!
