Alix and her team are wonderful!!! She helped us to put our home on the market, navigated some flaky would-be buyers, and helped us to get a great price for our home. She gave us simple ideas to make our home more seller friendly without spending tons of money. She also helped us to find a FABULOUS new home that we adore living in. She is friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and practical. Also, she and her team are great at making a very stressful process as stress-free as possible. Highly recommend!
