Found my perfect place!

I told Alix exactly what I was looking for and she found it for me. Once the listing went up she contacted me and we went right over to see it. She gave me great advice on how to submit an offer that was accepted over the other offers that were received. And she helped steer the process after we went under contract (particularly while I was out of the country for two weeks!). You could not ask for a better agent than Alix!
