Moving to Atlanta from the west coast, Alix was able to save us a great deal of time by truly knowing the neighborhoods and schools. By asking us questions and pre-screening the availabilities even before we arrived on our surgical strike weekend visits, we were able to go right to the must sees. After we selected a property she was our local eyes and ears, even handling the closing for us, and held our hands through the whole process. She also treated us as locals from the start which was nice.
